Returns & Refund Policy

All items are made-to-order specifically for each customer. As a result, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other customer preference once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.


To process your request, please email contact@goodfriday.co.za with:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only considered in cases where:

  • The item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, and
  • A replacement cannot be fulfilled

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
